Regulation of the Agriturismo Pedra de Mari
-Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and common areas. The offender to pay administrative penalties and special washing all the linen and curtains and extra cleaning of the room.
- The time of ceck-in will be notified the day before arrival and must be within the 10-13 hours or 17-20.
- The maximum time for the Check Out is 10:30. In case of non-abandonment of the accommodation will be charged another night.
- The linen is changed every 3 days, the room cleaning is daily.
- The cleaning is carried out in the morning. In case the room is not released will not be made regular cleaning.
- Breakfast time is from 8:30 to 10:00.
- The time of the dinner for those who are in HB is 20:30. The menu offered is fixed and is based on fish or meat (depend on the day) and vegetables, and includes several appetizers, a pasta, a second, vegetables, fruit, dessert, water, wine, coffee.
- We ask to the guests not to disturb the occupants of other rooms and to behave in a civil and respectful of the structure. The management may decide to dismiss without notice the people who are not like in order to ensure a pleasant stay to its guests.
- Any damage to equipment or furniture will be charged to the occupant of the room.
- We accept payments in cash or by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and, unless the technical problems).
- The customer is required to pay the entire stay booked ( bed and breakfast or half board) as per current rules, even in the event of early departure, in case of cancellation no earlier than 3 days before date of arrival, or in case of not show.
